- Written, timestamped, signed per project. Never blanket, never assumed.
- Identity
- Verified via government-issued ID before any recording.
- Compensation
- Above regional minimum wage, scaled to task and expertise. Stated before sign-up.
- Provenance
- Every file carries its identity, consent, and QA trail. Auditable by file ID.
- Rights
- Commercial, derivative, and redistribution rights flagged per file. You buy only what you need.
- Revocation
- Specified per project. Contributors see the terms before they start.
- Independence
- No model lab owns a stake. Client data is not used to train our models.
- Data handling
- Client datasets purged from processing after delivery, per contract.
